This car started life as a fuel-sipping hybrid-electric that got 88 mpg...now it's a FWD dragster that runs 9s.

If it goes fast...it's good in my book.

Was watching something on discovery the other night and they where talking about a diesel powered car that has a top speed of  140 mph, and gets 113 mpg, now thats a car to have fast and good gas milage. Wish i could rember what i was watching and what the car was called [:'(]

Ive heard of a spark plug and fuel line that is put into exast pipe, thus back firing safely. Usually found on drag racing.

Yeah, there are all manner of home-made flame from the tip kits out there...sadly made famous by The Fast and the Furious (and illegal). Flames from running rich sometimes unavoidable when you get to a certain performance level, and though a cop may give you a fix-it ticket if he sees fire, you won't get fined for it.

Toyota Camry LE WGN... Totaled. Friday February 16. Woman cut me off to pass a vehicle that stopped in middle of road, then reversed in front of lady. Lady slammed brakes before hitting the truck, I couldnt stop in time. Thus damaging a lot of the car on her tail hitch. Her's was just damage on the bumber and complained about neck pains, had some surgury done before. Insurrence said they will take care of it. 

Liability Insurrence only. Paying for other driver and not mine.

Dear Jesus, I need you. Please help me in this hard time in life. AMEN.

There are plenty of cheap cars out there.  Even if you don't have any money, perhaps you could get a loan from a bank?  Do you have any credit?  As an example, here's a $1600 car:

Was thinking about getting a crotch rocket, but with some of these drivers out there its life risking with not much of collision protection. Start small with a skooter?

Just got totalled. costing over a couple of hundreds. so far paid $350 for parts [used], putting in myself.

I still need a hood and fender. Tune-up... all liquids changed out. The hood/fender is the most expensive parts I'm assuming. Salvage areas?!

Soo... I've been repairing the 1993 toyota camry. Short on cash but....
It's up and running, except it needs a part which is a EGR Valve and tube. Autozone has it for $120. Also this shaking from tire or shocks in the front drivers area...
Hood is bungied down [redneck], but would be better with tie down. Yet not worried about hood and dents right now. Still leaks, smokes, and smells. Lost some gas mileage but not much of a difference for the way it looks. Runs some what good.
New radiator, front drivers light, grill, and oil change is up to date.
Wondering how much more repair so that it can pass the emitions.... ??? Help...
Tags expired. Dec 2007. I look around and find so many people drive without license plate and without the legal tags.

Also this enter button thing is messed up... think we can fix it? Skips extra margin.
